License and Usage

Unbotify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our text humanization service for lawful purposes only.

You may:

  • Use the service for personal or commercial purposes
  • Process text through our 11-phase humanization system
  • Access your account and usage history
  • Use our API with valid API keys

You may not:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
  • Share or resell your account access
  • Use the service for spam or malicious content

Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased in predefined packs
  • Credits never expire
  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
  • Refunds are available within 30 days for unused credits
  • Pricing is subject to change with notice
  • Student discounts require valid verification

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing our humanization service.

The output generated by our service is provided "as is" for your use, but we do not claim ownership of the humanized text.

Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

  • We do not guarantee specific AI detection bypass rates
  • We are not responsible for how you use the humanized text
  • We are not liable for any academic or professional consequences
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
